The “Pat del Colmel” farmhouse is an oasis of authenticity in the heart of the Asolo hills. Immersed in lush nature and surrounded by vineyards that extend to the horizon, it offers a unique culinary experience, enriched by tradition and a love for genuine flavours. Here it is possible to taste the most emblematic dishes of the Venetian tradition, from delicious appetizers with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by homemade bread in the wood-fired oven to bigoli with duck sauce and vegetable soups, from crepes and seasonal risottos to second courses such as rabbit, chicken and guinea fowl and braised at Recantina up to home-made desserts.
Each ingredient, which always comes from the estate's garden or from selected local producers, is carefully chosen with priority quality and freshness.
