Grapes are rigorously hand-harvested on the slopes of the Asolane hills, carefully placing them in crates. The sparkling process takes place in autoclaves using the Martinotti-Charmat method. For red wines, the focus has always been on stainless steel and wooden barrels, with great care and attention to long aging, especially for certain varieties like the renowned Recantina, one of the flagship wines of the Forner family.
